, LLC by assignment recorded in Deed Book 6287, Page 180 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Marshall County, Alabama.

, LLC, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the main entrance of the Court House in Marshall County, Alabama during the legal hours of sale (between 11am and 4pm), on the 17th day of February, 2022 the following property, situated in Marshall County, Alabama, to-wit:
Lots 18, 19, 20 and 21, in Block 6, in the Bel Air Subdivision, Boaz, Alabama, as recorded in the Office of the Probate Judge of Marshall County, Alabama, in Plat Book 3, at page 33.
Also, Lot 22, Block 6, in the Bel Air Subdivision, Boaz Alabama, as recorded in the Office of the Probate Judge of Marshall County, Alabama, in Plat Book 3, at page 33.
Less and except:
Beginning at an iron pin at the Southeast corner of said lot and running in a Northeasterly direction 76.7
feet, more or less, to an iron pin at the Northwest corner of Lot 17, Block 6, of said subdivision; thence in a Westerly direction along a line which would be an extension of the lot line between said Lot 17 and Lot 18 a distance of 74 feet, more or less, to an iron pin on the West line of said Lot 22; thence in a Southeasterly direction a distance of 65.3
feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. ’Lying and being situated in Marshall County, Alabama.
Said property is commonly known as 502 Elder St, Boaz, AL 35957.
Should a conflict arise between the property address and the legal description the legal description will control.
Said property will be sold subject to any outstanding ad valorem taxes (including taxes which are a lien, but not yet due and payable), the right of redemption of any taxing authority, all outstanding liens for public utilities which constitute liens upon the property, any matters which might be disclosed by an accurate survey and inspection of the property, any assessments, liens, encumbrances, easements, rights-of-way, zoning ordinances, restrictions, special assessments, covenants, the statutory right of redemption pursuant to Alabama law, and any matters of record including, but not limited to, those superior to said Mortgage first set out above.
