You are hereby notified that the above styled cause was filed against you by CitiMortgage, Inc. on April 1, 2021, seeking equitable relief concerning the real property located at 258 Creekside Drive, Florence, AL 35630 (the “Property”) in Lauderdale County, Alabama.
The Complaint seeks to reform the mortgage given by Robert L. Adler and Kathy Lewis Adler, husband and wife, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registrations Systems, Inc. as nominee for Castle Mortgage Corporation, which was recorded on September 17, 2002, in RLPY 2002, Page 52911, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lauderdale County, Alabama (the “Mortgage”) to correct the erroneous legal descriptions of the Property and to declare that the Mortgage is a valid first position lien against the Property, prior and superior to any other existing judgments and/or liens against the Property.
