Owens, deceased, was filed in my office by Hadley Howard, and that the 16th day of March, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. has been set as the date and time for hearing said petition, at which time you can appear and contest the same if you see proper.
The Court has appointed James Q. Stanphill, Jr., Attorney at Law, as your guardian ad litem. Your guardian ad litem will represent and protect your interest at this hearing.
