Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Kathy Delain Doss, an unmarried person, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. acting solely as nominee for Homecomings Financial Network, Inc., on the 21st day of May, 2004, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lauderdale County, Alabama, in RLPY Book 2004, Page 30377; the undersigned The Bank Of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A., as Successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee For Residential Asset Securities Corporation, Home Equity Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass Through Certificates Series 2004-KS7, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Florence, Lauderdale County, Alabama, on January 2, 2020, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Lauderdale County, Alabama, to-wit:
