Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain Deed of Trust executed by Kimberly Michelle Borden, a married woman, together with her husband, Timothy Dustin Borden, originally in favor of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., on the 9th day of May, 2008, said Deed of Trust recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lauderdale County, Alabama, in RLPY Book 2008 Page 46752; the undersigned NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said Deed of Trust, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Florence, Lauderdale County, Alabama, on December 19, 2019, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Lauderdale County, Alabama, to-wit:
Part of Lots 8 and 9, in Block 7, University Heights No. 2, City of Florence, Alabama, as shown on the plat of said subdivision recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lauderdale County, Alabama, in New Plat Book 2, Page 91; said property also described as Lots 3 and 4, in the resubdivision of Lots 8 and 9, Block 7, University Heights No. 2, said Lots 3 and 4 being more fully described as beginning at a point where the Northwardly line of Duncan Avenue intersects with the Eastwardly line of Sherrod Avenue, said point also being the Southwest corner of Lot 8, Block 7, in said University Heights No. 2; thence from the point of beginning northwestwardly along the eastwardly line of Sherrod Avenue a distance of 100 feet; thence at right angle Northeastwardly 150 feet; thence at right angles Southeastwardly 100 feet to a point in the Northwwardly line of Duncan Avenue; thence Southwestwardly along the Northwardly line of said Duncan Avenue 150 feet to the point of beginning, said property is lying and being in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 3, Township 3 South, Range 11 West.
