Default having been made of the terms of the loan documents secured by that certain mortgage executed by Scott R. Thomas Husbandvirginia B. Thomas Wife to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for HomeBridge Financial Services, Inc., its successors and assigns dated March 22, 2018; said mortgage being recorded on April 2, 2018, in Book 2018, Page 9325 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Morgan County, Alabama. Said Mortgage was last sold, assigned and transferred to HomeBridge Financial Services, Inc. by assignment recorded in Deed Book 2019, Page 7498 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Morgan County, Alabama.
