NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE
Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Bret Ricky Harville to Bank Independent on the 30th day of September, 2016, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lawrence County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 798, Page 532, the undersigned Bank Independent, as mortgagee under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the Courthouse at Moulton, Lawrence County, Alabama, on the 6th day of February, 2018, during the legal hours of sale the following described real estate situated in Lawrence County, Alabama, to-wit:
The South ½ of the following described plot or parcel of land being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the SE corner of the NE ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 20, Township 5 South, Range 7 West and run West 70 yards; thence North 140 yards; thence East 70 yards; thence South 140 yards to the point of beginning, all in Section 20, Township 5 South, Range 7 West, Lawrence County, Alabama.
This sale is made for the purpose of paying the indebtedness secured by said mortgage, as well as the expenses of foreclosure.
